![]() ![]() In order to connect to your Mac from a remote computer, you should first know its IP address. Since we now know that everything is working, type in “logout” and hit Enter. For example, in the screenshot below we’ve run a few commands: ![]() You’ll now be logged in to your Mac over SSH. Type in “yes” to verify, and then type in your password. Open a Terminal window and type in: ssh command will show you the server key and ask you to accept it. Now, you might want to verify whether the SSH server working as intended. If you want to restrict SSH logins to certain users or groups of users, select “Only these users” and add some users to the list.
